      1. You asked, “What is that one thing which motivates you to move ahead in your life when you are going through a rough phase??” Some people simply give up, or worse. But, having been in hospital with a heart problem, I realised that giving up is not the answer. Or, as my wife put it when I got home from hospital, “Death is not an option.” So what motivates me? The joy of being alive.

      1. Its like the fear of things getting worse than they already are motivates me to do better so that things get better. πŸ™‚ I mean that fear is the motivating force here.

  5. What an excellent question, and one that has prompted some lovely ideas. I think it is perhaps knowing that people like you live in the world that motivates me to move ahead through rough times. It’s always good to find supporting and positive minded people when things are difficult to face. Just the fact that you would think to ask this question is beautiful all by itself – thank you very much, Dhwani. Your husband is blessed. πŸ™‚

    1. Thank-you so much Robert for your kind words, it inspired me to work more on my posts.. I was curious to know how others go through their tough phase realizing that I’m no different from them.. So glad that everyone here spoke their hearts out in turn motivating several other people as well.. And yes, I’m the lucky one😁😁😁

  6. Ingredients are as follows:
1table spoon of love and 1 of support from your dear ones.
Pinch of a beautifully amazing song.
Strength from your soul, heart and mind (as per your taste)
Now you are ready to press the restart buttonπŸ˜‰πŸ˜‰

  7. Miss Sunshine, that is indeed a very a good question ! But remember this, life is all about the rough phases, it is foolish to think that troubles can be eliminated completely in life. What motivates me is the search for the answers, each problem has a solution, each lock has a key, look for that and there is seldom need for any other motivation ! Who has time to worry and cry about a situation, when you are busy trying to resolve it. Think about it, I would like to hear your thoughts. πŸ™‚

    1. Yup, I agree to that but you know what these problems are a mere illusion sometimes, begging for our attention and it is possible for you to go directly to the solution phase but for some it takes time to analyse that, which is why there is this little motivation which helps them move to the problem with more energy and a positive attitude.. I hope you understood what I was trying to say πŸ™‚
