  1. I find being creative with it helps. It is quite a force if channelled positively. The poem today on my poetry blog here on WordPress is about female anger in case you have time to look? Have a good day, Sam 🙂

  2. Suppose you want to go to some place. What will you do? You will figure out the ways of travel and chose the best. In a sense you analyze it logically. Same goes for anger. Analyze why you are angry, and if it is because of someone else or something, then you will realize that your getting angry is stupid. But this analysis will only come with a little effort on your part. And once you understand it, then anger will never harm you..

  3. For an average anger, I lock myself in the room alone for hours !

    but if its a bit special anger :P, then i will throw the things near me towards the wall or floor.

    But i choose things wisely in that much anger also -_-, like when both mobile and tv/ac remotes are in front of me, i will go for remote 😉 .

First sit quite..and think why that emotion has triggered.By logic we can easily come out.if you have no that much patience to sort out.listen to music,or remember baby smile,or beautiful petals of flowers.we are humans.Soo we will get anger.but if it remains for minutes.That’s good otherwise..danger alarm rings

    Breathe a bit more, drinks water into little sips, walks out for a moment , thinks about all the good that happened to me and all of them.
