A poem

Things were hard and rough,

life left with two options –

to live or to die of regret.

Choosing the second seemed to

be easy, yet they chose the first,

blaming life all along

their way to death bed…

Psychologists and neuro scientists tell us that we typically have over 80,000 thoughts per day. However, 90% of those thoughts are the same thoughts we had yesterday, the day before that, and the day before that, and so on. If it is true that repetition is the mother of skill, then we must be mindful of what we are getting skilful at. Feeling out of control and that there is not enough time is not a good skill to master.

Just a small advice

Do you remember those worries

you had before 5 years?

No, so why worry now when it’s meant

to be forgotten.

Instead, do something today which

saves your time in future 🙂🙂

You know,

for sometimes it isn’t easy to

keep going on even when the

day is dusky and the path is grimy,

and that’s your moment of choice,

to follow a barren path to nowhere or

to create a path out of somewhere..
